Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on engineer to support the setup and start-up of multiple equipment lines in a manufacturing environment. The role involves executing IQ/TMV/OQ validation, driving process improvements with Lean Six Sigma, and preparing documentation for production teams.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Supplier Quality teams to ensure project success and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as required in engineering, manufacturing, materials science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience in setting up new equipment lines and performing equipment validation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and start-up of five new manufacturing equipment lines.
• Execute equipment qualification and validation activities, including IQ, TMV and OQ.
• Optimise manufacturing processes through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Develop and execute validation protocols, experiments and tests; analyse results and prepare reports.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and compliance issues, including CAPA, non-conformances and audit observations.
• Prepare technical documentation, work instructions and training materials for production teams.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, technicians and stakeholders to ensure deliverables.
• Work with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Supplier Quality teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
