Job summary

EYEWISE VISION CLINIC PTE. LTD. seeks a full-time Optometrist to join our clinical eyecare team at Gleneagles Medical Centre, Napier MRT.

You will perform refraction, clinic investigations and assist doctors in procedures, while counselling patients before and after surgery. The role emphasizes teamwork and patient interaction. Applicants should hold a Diploma in Optometry with Full Registration; English and Mandarin language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Optometry and full registration are required.
• Ability to work in a clinical eyecare setting with patients.
• Singapore citizen or PR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Refraction and clinic investigations.

Prerequisites

• -Diploma in Optometry - Full Registration

Positive and cheerful working attitude. Team-worker. Responsible, with initiative. Passionate about Clinical Eyecare. Ability to converse in English and Mandarin. ONLY accepting Singapore citizens/PRs. Job will include plentiful opportunities for increasing clinical experience with many learning cases.

IMPORTANT: Applicants who do not have basic Optometry/Opticianry diploma/cert should NOT apply

Job Scope

:

• -Refraction, Clinic investigations(eg Fundus cam, OCT, HVF, IOL-Master, Optos)
• -Assisting Doctor in Clinic , and in minor procedures, assisting with paperwork in Operating Theatre.
• -Counselling of patients pre and post surgery
• -Counter and administrative duties

Experience

:

Full Registration preferred.

Gleneagles Medical Centre. Medical Centre has easy access via MRT at doorstep (Napier)

Working Hrs

/Days:

Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.00pm (1 hr lunch break), Sat 08.30am-12.00pm

Sundays and Public holidays Off
