Job summary

Eye & Retina Surgeons in Singapore is seeking a dedicated optometrist to join our large private medical group practice equipped with state-of-the-art technology. You will perform refractions, ophthalmic tests and investigations, prescribe glasses and contact lenses, and coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers while supporting research activities and clinical trials.

Working hours include a 5.5 day work week with alternate Saturdays; this role offers a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Registered with Singapore Optometry and Optician Board.
• Possess recognised local qualifications in optometry.
• Proficiency in multiple languages will be an advantage.
• Good team player with initiative and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform refractions
• Perform ophthalmic tests and investigations
• Prescription of glasses and contact lenses
• Communicate and coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers
• Handle general administrative duties

Research Track

• Support and Assist Principle investigator
• Manage and Coordinate the progress of Clinical trial activities
• Perform refractions, ophthalmic tests and investigations in accordance to study protocol
• Ensure proper documentations of clinical records

Requirements
