Job summary

EYEWISE VISION CLINIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a full-time Optometrist for Gleneagles Medical Centre in Singapore. The role involves refraction, clinic investigations, and patient care under supervision of doctors.

Requirements include full registration, strong English and Mandarin communication, and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude. Monday to Friday and Saturday morning shifts with Sundays off; salary to be discussed.

Qualifications

• Optometry degree with full registration in Singapore.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred.
• Citizen or PR of Singapore only.
• Willing to handle clinic work, minor procedures and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Refraction and clinic investigations using Fundus cam, OCT, HVF, IOL-Master, and Optos.
• Assist doctors in clinic and minor procedures; manage theatre paperwork.
• Counsel patients before and after surgery; perform counter and admin duties.

Looking for: Full-time Optometrist

Prerequisites:

-Optom - Full Registration

Positive and cheerful working attitude. Team-worker. Responsible, with initiative. Passionate about Clinical Eyecare. Ability to converse in English and Mandarin. ONLY accepting Singapore citizens/PRs. Job will include plentiful opportunities for increasing clinical experience with many learning cases.

Job Scope:

-Refraction, Clinic investigations(eg Fundus cam, OCT, HVF, IOL-Master, Optos)

-Assisting Doctor in Clinic , and in minor procedures, assisting with paperwork in Operating Theatre.

-Counselling of patients pre and post surgery

-Counter and administrative duties

Experience: Full Registration preferred.

Location: Gleneagles Medical Centre. Medical Centre has easy access via MRT at doorstep (Napier)

Working Hrs/Days:

Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.00pm (1 hr lunch break), Sat 08.30am-12.00pm

Sundays and Public holidays Off

Salary Package:To be discussed, depends on experience.
