Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a mid to senior UX researcher to lead discovery and research on early-stage products, spanning citizen engagement interfaces and internal officer-facing systems. The role requires fluency in generative research and service design, shaping problems and delivering evidence for delivery teams.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams and engage government agencies as research participants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX research, service design, or product research.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run mixed-method research across the discovery lifecycle.
• Frame problem spaces and shape research questions for 0→1 products.
• Map service journeys, ecosystems, and touchpoints end-to-end.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with teams and stakeholders.
• Translate findings into design hypotheses and prioritised recommendations.
• Work with product, design, and engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
