Job summary

AvePoint is hiring an Interaction/UX Designer in Singapore to craft user-centered products used by financial industry stakeholders and MAS officers. You will join an agile team to shape experiences that align with users’ goals, regulations, and business needs.

Responsibilities include user research, story storytelling, and designing end-to-end interactions while validating concepts through testing and iteration. A collaborative mindset and strong portfolio are essential.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of shipped digital projects demonstrating UX impact.
• Experience developing eServices for public sector or regulated environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools: Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Education in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct user research to understand goals, behavior and needs.
• Develop models of users and domain factors based on research findings.
• Define context scenarios and tell stories of ideal user experiences.
• Describe product capabilities and requirements supporting user goals and tasks.
• Design system structure, information flows and workflows.
• Test and refine through evaluative research to meet user goals.
• Develop empathy for people and their needs.
