Job summary

Our client in Asia-Pacific seeks an experienced UX Designer to define audiences and success metrics, gather stakeholder feedback, and translate discovery into actionable design. You will lead workshops, map user journeys, and develop wireframes and prototypes for desktop and mobile to guide implementation.

Responsibilities include analysing data, validating with usability tests, and ensuring designs align with standards and kits across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on UX, product design, service design or experience design work.
• Structured discovery including web analytics reviews, stakeholder interviews, workshops and usability tests.

Responsibilities

• Define target audience and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder interviews and questionnaires to gather feedback.
• Analyse data points and heuristics for actionable insights.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and identify assumptions.
• Map personas and as-is / to-be user journeys.
• Facilitate information architecture using card sorting and tree-testing.
• Conduct benchmark analyses of relevant websites.
• Perform usability tests to validate user behaviour.
• Create wireframes and user flows from discovery findings.
• Ensure designs align with design kits and WOG standards.
• Refine designs based on validated results and feedback.
• Deliver high-fidelity prototypes for desktop and mobile to implementation.
