Lonza is a global leader in life sciences and operates a fully site-based maintenance role at the Singapore Tuas site. You will perform scheduled maintenance, respond to breakdowns, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with vendors to uphold high production standards.

Entry-level candidates with related internships are welcome. A diploma or Higher NITEC in engineering is required, and knowledge of biopharmaceutical cGMP is an advantage. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled maintenance in line with engineering standards and procedures.
• Respond to maintenance and service breakdowns, including on-call support.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out basic repairs or escalate to supervisor.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure utilities and maintenance work meet standards.
• Inspect equipment regularly and report on utilities status.
• Support repairs and upgrades to minimize production disruptions.
• Maintain accurate GMP documentation for all maintenance activities.

This is a fully site-based role at Singapore Tuas. You will perform scheduled maintenance in compliance with engineering standards and procedures, respond to maintenance and service breakdowns, and support the manufacturing of medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Perform scheduled maintenance in compliance with engineering standards and procedures

Respond to maintenance and service breakdowns, including on-call support when required

Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out basic repairs or elevate to your supervisor

Coordinate with vendors to ensure utilities and maintenance work meet operational standards

Inspect equipment regularly and report on utilities status

Support repairs and upgrades to minimize production disruptions

Maintain accurate GMP documentation for all maintenance activities

About you

Diploma or Higher NITEC in a related engineering field

Entry-level talents with relevant internship experience are welcome

Knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry and cGMP applications is an advantage

Strong troubleshooting and technical writing skills are a plus

Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
