Job summary

CHINA RAILWAY TUNNEL GROUP CO., LTD. (SINGAPORE BRANCH) invites applications for a Utilities Coordination role in Singapore.

You will plan, schedule and manage all aspects of utilities coordination works, coordinating with design consultants, engineers, clients and authorities to set deliverable requirements. You will monitor progress and quality to ensure compliance with authority requirements, highlight discrepancies, and liaise with other disciplines to ensure designs meet infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage of all aspect of utilities coordination related works.
• Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including but not limited to design consultants/engineers, other departments, project representatives from clients, statutory / authority agencies, etc., to set the requirements for work deliverables and engineering works that must be submitted.
• Manage and monitor progress, quality of workmanship and ensure that it complies with authority requirements. Familiar with different utility agency requirements for any utility-related works, such as diversion, utility support designs and attaining clearances for work activities in the utility setback distance
• Highlight any discrepancies and advise the staff on the interfacing of utility services and related works.
• Coordination with other disciplines to guarantee that designs meet other infrastructure requirements.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, and procedures.
