Job summary

Bayes Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Civil/Infrastructure professional to manage utility diversion and protection works across road projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate with LTA, utility agencies, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely, compliant delivery from planning to completion. The role requires 5-7 years of relevant ground-works/infrastructure experience and a strong knowledge of working drawings and construction practices.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil, Structural, Engineering or related discipline is required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally with Ground-works/Infrastructure, LTA/PUB projects.
• Good knowledge of working drawings and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of utility diversion and protection works across roadwork projects, driving safe, compliant, and timely delivery from planning through completion.
• Act as the key liaison with LTA, utility agencies, consultants, and subcontractors, coordinating services and resolving cross-party issues as they arise.
• Set and enforce safe work practices on site, with particular attention to protecting underground services during excavation activities.
• Vet utility drawings, service plans, and method statements for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance before works proceed.
• Align utility clearance activities with the broader project schedule by working closely with site and project teams on sequencing.
• Own project documentation, including compiling and submitting reports, formal submissions, and as-built records.
• Troubleshoot utility-related conflicts and technical roadblocks on site to keep project timelines on track.
