Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to support LTA projects. You will review, plan, and supervise diversion works, coordinate with authorities and clients, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering and at least five years of relevant experience. You will manage permits, liaise with agencies, coordinate subcontractors, and monitor progress to meet project timelines.

Report directly to Construction Managers/ Project Manager.
To liaise with all agencies and authorities to facilitate the work progress such as LTA, TM, RAML, ITSC, Town Councils, PUB, SPPG, SP PowerGas, NParks, Starhub & Singtel, M1, Verizon etc.
Review, plan and schedule the site activities for diversion work.
To coordinate with client / consultants / QP (S) on any discrepancy on the drawings or specification.
To coordinate subcontractor meeting.
To obtain approval and official submission from relevant authorities for any services diversion and traffic diversion within the work site.
To supervise all excavation related work related with utility and verify with authorities.
To manage permit to dig system/ traffic lane closure plans.
To attend/conduct meetings with authorities/agencies.
To apply NCE with authorities/renew NCE from time to time.
cables, vital utilities services and sensitive telecommunication cable (e.g. LT & HT electrical cables, PUB 300/900 mm pipe, underground sewers, M200 gas pipe and Singtel ) that affects the main construction works.
Coordination with the utility agencies and Authorities on the protection and or diversion of utilities that affects the main construction works.
Supervision on utility diversion and trial trench works on site.
Paper work for approval and coordination with utility agency such as planning, approval and meeting minutes.
Prepare documentation required for the projects.
Coordinate with various government and utility agencies for site clearance.
Work with team of engineers and supervisors to execute all site works.
Plan, schedule and monitor progress on site.
Ensure all works adhere to planned timeline.
Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors.
Prepare and submit reports as required.
Minimize environmental impact from the construction activities.
Ensure the adherence to all HSE policies.
Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of related working experience in LTA Projects
Familiar with LTA procedureand road diversion works.
