Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. seeks a capable Civil Engineering coordinator to support the Manager on underground utilities and services.

You will coordinate between subcontractors, utilities agencies, and the Client to resolve plan discrepancies on site, ensuring NCE are in proper order before excavation. You will liaise with agencies such as PUB and SWCs to manage interfacing service clashes, working with the Site Engineer to prevent excavations without cable detection or valid NCE.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience coordinating with utility agencies.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Good teamwork and willingness to learn and progress with the company.

Responsibilities

Assist the Manager on underground utilities and services.
Coordinate between subcontractor, utilities agencies, and Client to resolve discrepancies on utility plans.
Experience dealing with utility agencies like PUB (Sewer, Water Supply, Network).
Liaise with SWCs to resolve interfacing service clashes on site professionally.
Ensure all NCE are in proper order prior to excavation works.
Check with Site Engineer to ensure no excavation without cable detection or valid NCE.
