Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer in Singapore to lead planning and detailed design of utilities corridors for major infrastructure projects. You will assess impacts, propose diversions, review data including GPR, and support development from feasibility to construction.

Strong collaboration with clients and teams is essential. The role requires 5–8 years in utility engineering, proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS Pro, and familiarity with IPAG approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years in utility engineering or utility design.
• Experience in transportation or urban development projects.
• Familiar with Singapore utility approvals and IPAG submission.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS Pro; BIM coordination is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and detailed design of utilities corridors for infrastructure projects.
• Assess utility impacts and propose diversion or relocation solutions.
• Review utility survey data and GPR findings.
• Support design development from feasibility to construction.
• Prepare drawings and specifications using standard tools.
• Manage design packages and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor construction for compliance with specs and safety.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and teams.
• Engage clients with presentations and updates.
