Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales / Application Engineer (Degree in Engineering, no experience required) to support process analytics in Singapore. The role covers direct technical support, coordinating with the sales team and vendors for integration of process analyzers, troubleshooting on-site, and delivering trainings to customers.

You will prospect, build relationships, conduct seminars and presentations, develop sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and work to meet sales targets

• Manage and provide direct technical and application support for process analytics business in Singapore.
• Coordinate with sales team, sub vendors for the integration of process analyzer.
• Perform troubleshooting and conduct site visit for process analyzer.
• Setup onsite trial and conduct review with customer.
• Prepare and deliver in-house and onsite technical/product training to customers.
• Create technical materials to support the sales team.
• Prospect and generate new leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Regularly conduct seminars, product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and prospects.
• Develop sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales activities targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to network and generate leads.
