Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (Canada Operations)

Location: On-site (Ahmedabad)

Shift Hours: Night Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)

Duration: Full Time / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹32,000 per month

4. Willing to work under tight deadlines
5. Performing pre-screening calls to assess applicants' abilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant education and experience will also be considered
• 0-3 years of recruitment experience preferred; freshers are welcome
• At least 6 months of experience in HR/Recruitment/Customer Service/BP preferred
• Stability, long-term goals, and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Excellent English speaking skills
