Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a recruitment specialist to partner with hiring managers and business functions to understand staffing needs and drive end-to-end recruitment processes.

You will manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination, while developing talent pipelines and supporting high-volume recruitment across levels. This role emphasizes compliance with employment laws and effective data management in the ATS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business functions to understand recruitment requirements and staffing needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment and offer management.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Support high-volume and mass recruitment activities across different employee levels.
• Manage candidate data and recruitment pipelines through the Applicant Tracking System.
• Review and refine job descriptions to support effective candidate attraction and sourcing.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to reach relevant talent pools.
• Support and participate in career fairs and recruitment initiatives with relevant external partners and institutions.
• Monitor recruitment activity and provide hiring statistics, reports and market insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure recruitment processes and job advertisements comply with applicable employment legislation and fair employment practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and overall hiring effectiveness.
