Job summary

element14 in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure safe receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods to customers. You will maintain inventory organization and support timely shipping while following health, safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• N-Level or O-Level education preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak simple English in the workplace.
• Proficient in PC literacy for basic warehouse tasks.

• Positive, can-do attitude to adapt to changing tasks.
• Good numeracy and attention to detail for order processing.
• Ability to plan and organize work to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Apply manual handling safety procedures when lifting and moving products.
• Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
• Report discrepancies or safety hazards to management.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas for efficiency.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and value.
• Perform any additional ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Summary

To ensure a safe and efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods to customers.

• Receive goods and accurately place them in designated storage locations to maintain inventory organization


• Pick and pack customer orders efficiently to meet dispatch and shipping schedules


• Perform value-added services on customer-ordered goods to enhance product readiness


• Follow proper component handling procedures to prevent damage and ensure quality


• Move stock using trolleys or hand-pallet jacks safely and efficiently within the warehouse


• Conduct inventory cycle counts as required to maintain accurate stock records


• Apply manual handling procedures correctly when lifting and moving products to ensure safety


• Operate in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations to protect self and others


• Report any discrepancies, abnormalities, or potential safety hazards promptly to management


• Maintain clean and tidy work areas through daily housekeeping to support operational efficiency


• Suggest improvements to processes to increase efficiency and add value to the organization


• Perform any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and operational needs
