Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a laboratory Quality Control professional on a contracted basis to perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples and finished products, and to document results in compliance with GMP requirements.

You will support investigations into OOS/OOT, calibrate equipment, maintain records, and collaborate with QA, QC, Production to ensure safe and compliant manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience executing routine laboratory testing according to SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Ability to record and review results accurately and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.
• Conduct testing according to SOPs, test methods and quality procedures.
• Prepare samples, reagents and equipment for testing.
• Record and review laboratory results in GMP compliance.
• Support investigations into OOS/OOT and other laboratory issues.
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and data integrity.
• Calibrate, maintain and clean laboratory equipment.
• Assist with qualification and validation activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with QA, QC and Production to support manufacturing operations.

6 months contract/ 1 Year Contract/ Contract convertible to Perm 3 shifts I 2 shifts I Office Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples and/or finished products
• Conduct testing according to approved SOPs, test methods and established quality procedures
• Prepare samples, reagents and laboratory equipment for testing
• Record and review laboratory results accurately in accordance with GMP requirements
• Support investigations into out-of-specification (OOS), out-of-trend (OOT) and other laboratory-related issues
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and ensure data integrity
• Perform routine calibration, maintenance and housekeeping of laboratory equipment
• Assist with laboratory qualification, validation and other quality-related activities where required
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety and relevant regulatory requirements
• Work closely with QA, QC, Production and other internal teams to support manufacturing operations

Requirements

• Min Nitec or Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Science, Life Sciences or a related discipline
