Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Lab Inventory Coordinator in Ubi, Singapore. The role focuses on maintaining inventory, samples, and operation records, while ensuring data integrity and compliance with SOPs.

You will track stock levels, support purchasing and billing, and assist with vendor coordination and process improvements. Ideal candidates have relevant diploma or equivalent and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Min. ITE / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any relevant field.
• Experience in inventory, purchasing, billing, logistics or lab operations preferred.
• cGMP / ISO 17025 laboratory experience advantageous.
• Strong documentation, coordination and analytical skills.
