Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking a dynamic Sales & Programme Coordinator to support automation equipment projects in Singapore. You will help manage customer accounts, prepare sales projections and forecasts, and collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver quality solutions on time.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in automation, semiconductor, manufacturing, or consumer electronics industries.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.
• Good organisational skills and ability to coordinate with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and programme management of automation equipment projects.
• Assist in preparing sales projections, forecasts, reports, and customer documentation.
• Help identify new business opportunities and support efforts to grow the customer base.
• Participate in sales calls, customer meetings, and product presentations alongside senior team members.
• Support the RFQ and quotation process, including preparing submissions, tracking responses, and following up with customers.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and other internal teams to keep projects and customer requests on track.
• Build positive working relationships with customers through clear communication, responsiveness, and good follow-up.
• Attend selected industry events and support relationship-building with prospective customers.
