Working hours

Monday to Friday , 8.15am to 5.30pm

One of our MNC client in the automation industry is looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant. It will be a 1 year contract renewable based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Administrative work using Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Power Point) and own system.

Requirements

• Meticulous and likes to doublecheck completed assignments before showing someone
• Efficient and able to plan and complete tasks given.
• Comfortable helping with ad-hoc marketing tasks when needed
• Approachable personality, willing to take up job even for urgent matters
• Easy to communicate
