Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking an Engineering Assistant (Quality / Customer Claims / Manufacturing) to support process audits, investigations of customer claims, and coordination with production on NCMR actions.

You will assist in continuous improvement projects, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure ISO SOP and 5S compliance while working in a cleanroom environment. Diploma holders with QA/QM experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / Material Science / Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in QA/QM roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Able to work effectively as an individual contributor and with a team.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process audits to ensure line compliance.

• Prepare and maintain checklists for customer audits and ensure data integrity.
• Liaise with production on NCMR meetings and follow up on actions.
• Participate in development of process improvement projects.

• Conduct Process audit to ensure line compliance.

• Manage and support customer audit i.e. Preparation of checklist in accordance to PMP, ensure the proper integrity of data provided.
• Liaise with production on NCMR meeting and follow-up on the actions taken.
• Manage and participate in the development of process improvement projects.
• Assist in troubleshooting of process and environment issues.
• Ensure compliance to ISO Standard Operating Procedure & 5S compliances.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Material Science / Electrical & Electronic Engineering and other related engineering fields.
• 1 2 years working experience in a QA, QM roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
