Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution

    • Collaborate with senior management and the board to develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.

    • Define, monitor, and achieve KPIs, driving market expansion and operational improvements.

    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.

    • Lead brand positioning and business development to strengthen competitive advantage.

    Operations Management

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing management team across sales, logistics, accounting, and HR.

    • Ensure seamless daily operations and cross-departmental coordination in line with company standards.

    • Develop and enforce operational processes, quality controls, and compliance standards.

    • Drive customer satisfaction by optimizing service delivery and client engagement.

    • Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering a strong team culture.

    • Prepare and present accurate business performance reports to senior management.

    • Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of management experience, preferably in multinational companies or large organizations.

  • Proven track record in strategic planning, operational execution, and sales-driven leadership.

  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.

  • Customer-focused, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
