Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is hiring for a transcription and annotation role at our Kaki Bukit location. Work hours are 8:30am–6:00pm with a contract duration until 31 January 2027 and potential renewal.

Salary is up to SGD 4,000 per month. This role focuses on editing transcripts from multi-speaker audio/video and ensuring high-accuracy annotations within deadlines. Candidates should have strong typing and word processing skills, and experience in annotation work is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Annotation work experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient typing and word processing skills
• Familiarity with transcription standards is a plus

Responsibilities

• Complete the editing and verification of the transcripts of multi-speaker audio and video
• Ensure the annotated transcripts of all the annotators are at 99% accuracy and delivered within the specified timelines
• Ensure consistency of transcriptions and phonetic translations, in terms of the standardization of word spelling and vocabulary
• Data annotation according to standards and guidelines requirements
• Fast and accurate typing and word processing
• Experience in annotation work will be a bonus
