Job summary

RMA Contracts Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a transcription specialist to convert spoken content from videos into accurate, well-formatted text. You will listen to recordings, produce clean transcripts, and follow strict project instructions and security protocols.

The role offers flexible hours with a pay model based on minutes transcribed and a 7th monthly payout. A private, air-conditioned workspace at a location in Kaki Bukit is provided where full-time arrangements can be discussed during

Job Responsibilities

Pay & Working Arrangement

• Pay: $2.40 per minute of video transcribed

• Payout: Monthly, on the 7th

• Hours: Flexible, 24/7 operations

• Arrangement: Freelance / Full-Time option

• Location: Kaki Bukit

• Air-conditioned, private working environment

Requirements

• Good English, listening and typing skills

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word or similar)

• Detail-oriented, independent and trustworthy

Earning Examples

• 1-minute video = $2.40

• 10-minute video = $24

• 30-minute video = $72

• 60-minute video = $144

Note: Payment is based on video duration transcribed, not hours worked. Transcribing 5 minutes of video typically takes 30–45 minutes, depending on audio clarity and complexity.

• Contract for Service — no CPF or paid leave
