RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site transcription specialist to listen to recorded videos and accurately transcribe content. You will ensure transcripts are clear, properly formatted, and adhere to project instructions and security procedures.

This freelance/Full-Time option offers flexible hours with a pay rate of $2.40 per minute. Location is Kaki Bukit, Singapore, in a private, air-conditioned environment. Prioritizes confidentiality and compliance with PDPA policies.

Job Responsibilities

Pay & Working Arrangement

• Pay: $2.40 per minute of video transcribed

• Payout: Monthly, on the 7th

• Hours: Flexible, 24/7 operations

• Arrangement: Freelance / Full-Time option

• Location: Kaki Bukit

• Air-conditioned, private working environment

Requirements

• Good English, listening and typing skills

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word or similar)

• Detail-oriented, independent and trustworthy

Earning Examples

• 1-minute video = $2.40

• 10-minute video = $24

• 30-minute video = $72

• 60-minute video = $144

Note: Payment is based on video duration transcribed, not hours worked. Transcribing 5 minutes of video typically takes 30–45 minutes, depending on audio clarity and complexity.

Important Notes

• Contract for Service — no CPF or paid leave

• Security/background clearance required before deployment

• Full-time arrangements can be discussed during briefing
