Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a transcription specialist to listen to recorded videos and produce accurate, well-formatted transcripts. You will follow project instructions, maintain confidentiality, and ensure quality in every file.

Flexible working hours with a freelance or full-time option, based at Kaki Bukit. The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic computer tools like Microsoft Word.

Qualifications

• Good English listening and typing skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word or similar).
• Detail-oriented, independent and trustworthy.

• Ensure transcripts are clear, accurate and properly formatted.

Pay & Working Arrangement: $2.40 per minute of video transcribed

• Payout: Monthly, on the 7th
• Hours: Flexible, 24/7 operations
• Arrangement: Freelance / Full-Time option

Earning Examples

• 1-minute video = $2.40
• 10-minute video = $24
• 30-minute video = $72
• 60-minute video = $144

Note: Payment is based on video duration transcribed, not hours worked. Transcribing 5 minutes of video typically takes 30–45 minutes, depending on audio clarity and complexity.

• Contract for Service — no CPF or paid leave
• Security/background clearance required before deployment
• Full-time arrangements can be discussed during briefing
