Job summary

Skills Union in Singapore seeks a proactive Program Manager to lead a large-scale upskilling program for adult learners across multiple tracks. You will manage day-to-day operations, schedules, KPIs, instructor coordination, and learner registration, ensuring on-time delivery and clear stakeholder visibility.

You don’t need a technical background; you should be comfortable with LMS, data tracking, and reporting to the Community Manager, Operations Director, and instructors.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in program management, project coordination or operations in education/training/workforce development.
  • Strong organisational skills with detail-oriented follow-through on tasks and deadlines across a multi-stakeholder program.
  • Comfortable working with LMS platforms, spreadsheets and collaboration tools like Discord and Google Docs/Sheets.
  • Ability to track KPIs (attendance, engagement, completion rates, learner satisfaction) and translate data into weekly reports.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the program across all tracks and maintain schedules, milestones and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with Community Manager and Operations Director to ensure smooth learner experience from registration to completion.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for instructors, keeping them informed of schedule changes and updates.
  • Write and deliver a weekly update report covering activities, learner progress and emerging issues.
