Job summary

JR FOODS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outlet Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Singapore outlet, upholding high standards and customer service. You will collaborate with the Chef and Marketing team to design exceptional menus and plan weekly and festive menus.

You will plan rosters, schedule manpower, monitor attendance and leaves, and ensure health and food safety compliance. You will report sales results, lead the F&B team, manage supplies to avoid waste, and inspect equipment.

Qualifications

• Min. GCE ‘O’ Level / ITE with at least 3 years’ of working experience in Food & Beverage / Catering Services or equivalent.
• Strong experience in managing food cost.
• Good in computer skills (Eg, MS Office, Power Point Presentation).
• 5 days work / week.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an outlet to the highest standards.
