Job summary

NCS Group is seeking an intern to join the People Experience team in Singapore. You will help enhance people experiences across the employee lifecycle and support strategic PX initiatives while gaining exposure to cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding support, content creation for internal platforms, and analysing survey data to drive programme evolution. The role offers hands-on learning in a fast-paced tech services environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing studies in HR, Business, Marketing, Arts & Social Sciences or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Detail-oriented with good organisation and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support PX initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with people partners and leadership teams.
• Create engaging internal communications for employee platforms and knowledge hubs.
• Analyze market trends, survey data and feedback to inform PX programmes.
• Track programme progress and support continuous improvements and evaluation.
• Assist in onboarding support to enrich the experience of new hires.

Job Description

You will work closely with the People Experience Team on initiatives designed to enhance people experiences across the employee lifecycle and drive our people-centric goals. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable exposure and develop practical skills across a broad range of impact areas - including Employee Onboarding, Offboarding, People Engagement and more.

What You'll Do

As our intern, you will play an active role in supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations, gaining exposure to areas such as:

• Employee Lifecycle Initiatives: Assist in designing and executing PX initiatives across the employee lifecycle such as employee onboarding, offboarding and other moments that matter, to enhance people experience, foster connection and build a vibrant workplace culture.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with people partners, leadership teams, and other stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth programme execution.
• Content Creation & Communication: Develop inspiring and informative internal communications for employee community platforms, knowledge hubs and initiatives that boost programme awareness.
• Market research & Data Analysis: Analyse market trends, survey data and employee feedback to uncover insights that will help drive the evolution of our people programmes.
• Programme Evaluation: Track and report on programme progress to support continuous improvements, process optimisation and strategy refinement.
• Onboarding Support: Facilitate employee lifecycle processes to enrich the experience of new hires.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a studies in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Arts & Social Sciences or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organisation and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
