Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a Functional Business Analyst Intern to configure, design, develop, implement and maintain SAP-based projects. You will provide consultancy, focus on SAP products, and strive for high-quality services and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include investigating SAP issues, testing amendments, proposing workarounds, estimating resources, and supporting UAT and project admin. This internship offers exposure to ERP systems within a leading AI tech services company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing studies in Computer Science or related engineering fields.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel).
• Knowledge in one or more frontend frameworks (HTML5/Angular/React JS).
• Knowledge in one or more backend languages (Java/.NET/Python/PHP/C++).

Responsibilities

• Investigate reported problems and errors within the SAP system.
• Initiate amendments and conduct testing to ensure correct system operation.
• Propose effective workarounds and alternative solutions.
• Estimate resources and costs required to implement solutions.
• Develop and execute unit test packages.
• Perform data profiling and analyse affected data.
• Assist in integration testing, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date system documentation.
• Assist in project management administration.
• Ensure overall client satisfaction.
