Job summary

NCS is seeking a SAP Functional Consultant to configure, design, develop, implement and maintain ERP projects; provide consultancy services; specialize on ERP products; ensure the quality of services and achieve customer satisfaction.

You will investigate errors, propose solutions, develop tests, profile data, assist in testing/UAT, and maintain documentation to support successful project delivery across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related engineering fields.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office tool (eg. Excel)
• Knowledge in one or more frontend framework (HTML5/Angular/React JS).
• Knowledge in one or more backend languages (ABAP/Java/Python/PHP).

Responsibilities

• Investigate reported problems and errors and initiate amendments and testing so the system operates correctly and efficiently.
• Propose effective work-arounds or alternatives, oversee solution selection and estimate required resources/costs to implement.
• Develop unit test packages, execute tests and document results to ensure program quality.
• Perform data profiling and analyze affected data.
• Assist in integration testing, system testing, UAT and implementation activities to fix issues and ensure smooth production operation.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date system documentation.
• Assist in project management administration.
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• How to Investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently.
