Job summary

Synapxe is offering an internship to contribute to powering a healthier Singapore. The role focuses on implementing and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, supporting operations through improved CRM, process automation, and data-driven insights.

The selected interns will assist in requirements gathering, workshop support, validation of business requirements, backlog maintenance, functional design, testing, data migration, training support, deployment validation, and PMM-aligned documentation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related discipline and in Year 2 or 3.
• Interest in IT Project Management and health tech.

Responsibilities

• Assist in requirements gathering & analysis for CRM implementation.
• Support workshops by scheduling sessions, capturing minutes, and tracking actions.
• Document and validate business requirements and user stories.
• Maintain RTM and product backlog.
• Participate in functional design & testing, and prepare FSD.
• Create and verify test cases and scripts; assist in defect logging and validation.
• Validate end-to-end system scenarios and data migration/integration.
• Support training materials and training sessions for users and admins.
• Support SIT/UAT testing, defect management, and testing closure artifacts.
• Assist in audit/compliance documentation andPMM adherence.

This project involves the implementation and enhancement of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, supporting business operations through improved customer relationship management, process automation, and data-driven insights.

The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In Following

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Support workshops by scheduling sessions, capturing minutes, and tracking action items
• Assist in documenting and validating business requirements and user stories
• Support maintenance of Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and product backlog
• Functional Design & Testing
• Assist in preparing and validating Functional Design Specifications (FSD)
• Support creation and verification of test cases and test scripts
• Participate in functional testing, including defect logging, tracking, and validation
• Assist in validating end-to-end system scenarios
• Data Migration & System Integration
• Support documentation of technical and interface design specifications
• Assist in preparing data migration mapping and transformation rules
• Participate in data migration and integration testing, including defect management
• Support end-to-end data validation and testing documentation
• Training Support
• Assist in coordinating user and admin training sessions
• Support preparation and validation of training materials
• Capture feedback and track follow-up actions
• Deployment & OAT Support
• Assist in preparing testing closure artifacts (SIT/UAT)
• Support Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) activities and documentation preparation
• Audit & Compliance
• Assist in compiling audit documentation and compliance artifacts
• Support tracking of audit findings, action items, and mitigation plans
• Ensure project deliverables meet Project Management Methodology (PMM) standards

About You

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Engineering & Media, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application testing processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT) and regression testing
• Have a keen interest in IT Project Management
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable, proactive and a strong team player
• Exhibit leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
