Zusammenfassung

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Insurance Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end processing of new and renewed insurance accounts in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with underwriting and finance teams, handle endorsements and documentation, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvements and UAT activities. The role requires at least 2 years in commercial insurance/reinsurance and strong Excel abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Min. 2 years of experience in commercial insurance/reinsurance.
• Strong Excel skills, esp. Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end processing of new and renewed accounts, including quotation, binding and policy issuance.
• Process reinsurance premiums, commissions and tax bookings accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Middle Office, Shared Services and Credit Control to ensure smooth account implementation and premium collection.
• Handle policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, client/broker enquiries and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate system records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and processing guidelines.
• Prepare regular reports on policy issuance progress and outstanding issues.
• Support process improvement projects, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and the training and onboarding of new team members.
