Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an Underwriting Admin for a 12-month contract in Singapore. You will support the underwriting team with data entry, document review, and file maintenance from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, in a face-to-face interview setting. Immediate / no-notice candidates are highly preferred.

The role offers exposure to the specialty/marine insurance industry and involves handling both digital and physical documentation and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update underwriting information in internal systems and databases
• Review submitted documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Prepare and maintain underwriting files and records
• Organise, sort and track application information for Underwriters
• Maintain accurate digital and physical documentation
• Generate basic reports and summaries when required
• Provide general administrative support to the Underwriting team
