Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for underground utilities projects, considering materials, labor, and overheads.
• Develop and manage project budgets with financial control and cost efficiency.
• Prepare and issue tender documents, analyze and evaluate submissions for underground utilities projects.
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes tailored to underground utilities construction.
• Monitor costs and expenditures, provide regular reports and forecasts, and report cost variations and claims.
