PERSOL Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a creative UX/UI Engineer to design and implement AI-powered enterprise applications. The role blends user experience design with frontend engineering, focusing on conversational, task-oriented interfaces that reduce manual data entry.

The ideal candidate will have strong Figma, React and TypeScript expertise and can turn complex workflows into responsive, accessible interfaces. Exposure to AI assistants and dynamic UI is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX/UI engineering, frontend development or product interface engineering experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating both UX/UI design and implemented frontend applications.
• Experience building enterprise web applications or SaaS products and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for enterprise SaaS and AI-powered applications.
• Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity Figma designs.
• Create responsive experiences for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
• Simplify complex business processes and improve usability through testing and feedback.
• Design text- and voice-enabled conversational experiences with clear processing and feedback states.
• Create interfaces that adapt to user intent, permissions, roles and context.
• Build human‑in‑the‑loop review, correction, confirmation and approval experiences.
• Present AI recommendations, forms, tables and dashboards in coherent task‑based workflows.
• Implement reusable, maintainable components with React, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Integrate REST APIs, JSON, WebSocket and SSE. Develop role‑based navigation, dashboards, forms, data tables and approval workflows.
• Optimise performance, accessibility, responsive behaviour and cross‑browser quality.
• Collaborate with engineers delivering Python backend services and Azure-hosted applications.
• Develop schema‑driven interfaces using validated JSON definitions and reusable component registries.
• Implement contextual dashboards, forms, tables and intelligent workspaces.
• Apply approved design systems and safe rendering; never execute unrestricted AI‑generated code.
• Support integration of digital assistants with speech‑to‑text, text‑to-speech and streaming interaction.
• Where relevant, integrate Three.js / React Three Fiber and GLB/glTF avatars.
• Support lip‑sync, facial animation, avatar states and responsive rendering in collaboration with AI engineers.
• Design business process, reporting, analytics, configuration and administrative interfaces.
• Build intuitive experiences for user management, access permissions and operational monitoring.
• Ensure consistent navigation and interaction patterns across modules.
• Maintain design tokens, reusable UI components, interaction standards and documentation.
• Work with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Full Stack Engineers, AI Engineers and QA Engineers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code/design reviews, testing and defect resolution.

Overview:

We are seeking a creative, hands‑on UX/UI Engineer to design and develop next‑generation AI-powered enterprise applications. This position combines user experience design, interface engineering and frontend implementation, with an emphasis on conversational, task-oriented experiences that reduce manual data entry.

The ideal candidate has strong Figma, React and TypeScript expertise and can turn complex enterprise workflows into responsive, accessible and production-ready interfaces. Exposure to AI assistants, dynamic UI rendering, voice interaction or 3D avatars is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

A. UX/UI Design & User Experience Engineering

• Design intuitive interfaces for enterprise SaaS and AI-powered applications.
• Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity Figma designs.
• Create responsive experiences for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

B. AI-First & Conversational User Experience

• Design text- and voice-enabled conversational experiences with clear processing and feedback states.

D. Dynamic UI & Intelligent Workspace

E. AI Avatar & Interactive Digital Assistant Experience

• Work with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Full Stack Engineers, AI Engineers and QA Engineers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code/design reviews, testing and defect resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, HCI, Interaction Design or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years of UX/UI engineering, frontend development or product interface engineering experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating both UX/UI design and implemented frontend applications.
• Experience building enterprise web applications or SaaS products and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.
