Job summary

Challenger Technologies Limited is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, responsive experiences for our corporate website across desktop and mobile. You will turn business and user requirements into clear interfaces and work closely with product, development and business stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2-3 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
• Experience designing for e-commerce or transactional websites, including logged-in and account-based experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working with data - able to use analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions.

• Prepare and hand over design specifications and assets to developers, and support them through implementation and QA.
• Continuously improve and optimise the user experience across projects, using analytics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain and grow a consistent design system and component library aligned to our brand.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility and cross-browser expectations.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer! Join us where you'll be part of a close-knit team that strives for progress and excellence. In this role, you will design user-friendly experiences across our corporate website, on both desktop and mobile - turning business and user requirements into clear, intuitive interfaces, and working closely with product, development and business stakeholders to bring them to life.

Working days: Monday - Friday

Working hours: 9.00AM - 6.30PM

Requirements:

Good to have:

• Preferred experience designing on the Shopify platform
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, sufficient to collaborate closely with developers
• Exposure to IT, consumer tech or corporate services industries
