jadeite capital (asia) pte. ltd. is looking for an accomplished relationship manager to serve UHNW clients in wealth management in Singapore.

You will identify client needs, provide customized solutions, and collaborate with the team to grow AUM while ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in UHNW client development, private banking experience, a proven sales record, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills to deliver trusted advisory services across legal, tax

Qualifications

Investor mindset and strong interpersonal skills to deal with clients.
Superior analytical skills and ability to think creatively in a matrixed organization.
Proven sales track record and ability to drive revenue growth.
Systematic action planning and strategic thinking.
Experience in UHNW client development and private banking is preferred.
Regulatory awareness and compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW & UHNW family clients.
Identify clients' needs and provide customized wealth management solutions.
Provide market information, professional advice across legal, trust, tax planning and residency guidance.
Collaborate with teammates to resolve non-financial or corporate advisory issues and grow AUM.
Keep abreast of international financial markets and policies affecting major countries/regions.
Ensure all business activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
