Job summary

AlTi Tiedemann Global is recruiting a Client Service Specialist for our Singapore team. You will support Relationship Managers in delivering high-quality service to UHNW clients, assist with onboarding, KYC/AML, cash movements, and liaise with custodian banks and platforms.

The role offers exposure to private wealth operations and portfolio reporting. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in Premier/Priority Banking or related wealth services, with a professional banking background and strong

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Premier Banking, Priority Banking, Personal Banking, Wealth Management Support or a related financial services environment.
Bachelor's degree or diploma; professional qualifications welcome.
Exposure to client onboarding, KYC, AML, payments, and investment administration would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support Relationship Managers in maintaining and developing existing client relationships.
Ensure high standard of day-to-day service delivery for clients and related entities.
Prepare materials for client meetings and provide meeting notes and follow-ups.
Assist in client communications, onboarding, and ongoing reporting and portfolio reviews.
Coordinate with custodians and platform banks to service client accounts.
