Job summary

AlTi is seeking a Client Service Associate / Specialist to join our Singapore team. The role supports Relationship Managers in delivering high-quality service to UHNW clients, families and related structures, with a strong focus on client service, account administration, transaction support, KYC, AML, cash movements and liaison with custodian banks and platform providers.

Overtime, the role will offer exposure to broader Assistant Relationship Manager responsibilities, including meeting

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in Premier/Private/Personal Banking or wealth support.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma preferred.
Strong client service and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English; Mandarin helpful for client relationships.

Responsibilities

Support Relationship Managers in maintaining and developing client relationships.
Ensure high standard of day-to-day service for UHNW clients and related entities.
Handle client queries, requests and follow-ups promptly and professionally.
Prepare materials for client meetings, including reports and documentation.
Attend meetings or calls, taking notes and supporting follow‑ups.
Assist in aligning service delivery with client needs and plans.
Support cash movements, KYC/AML processes, and settlement checks.
