Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Client Services Associate to support UHNW clients and their family assets.

You will manage relationships with CEOs, CIOs, founders, and professional advisers, coordinating with private banks and fund administrators. You will handle securities investments, subscriptions, KYC, capital calls, and reporting. Qualifications

• Experience supporting UHNW clients and their family assets and portfolio.
• Preference for experience in asset and wealth management, family office, or private equity.
• Familiarity with private banking, wealth management and investment processes.
• Highly organized, meticulous and attentive to detail to ensure follow-through.
• Comfortable with portfolio statements and reporting and with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for client's bank accounts, assets and investments.
• Liaise with private banks, financial institutions, legal/tax advisors, fund administrators and service providers.
• Handle banking matters including account opening, trade placement/execution, liquidity, transfers and documentation.
• Assist with investment subscriptions, remittances, capital calls, KYC matters and post-transaction processes.
• Prepare consolidated LP reports and account statements for investments; update SPV NAV statements.
• Create investment portfolio presentations and service offerings for prospective clients.
