Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline required.
• Prior experience in UAT, defect logging, quality assurance, or testing support is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
• Well-organised with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with case management, licensing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Log defects and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements and fixes.
• Assist with testing activities and administrative tasks for ongoing operations.
• Support operational processes such as exporting forms, uploading documents, and recording payments.
• Perform data verification to ensure integrity and accuracy.
• Provide administrative support for licensing-related operations and business processes.
• Maintain records and documentation for testing activities.
• Coordinate process transition activities during automation.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
