Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales & marketing within the aerospace industry.
• Drone operations experience ideally in a government agency or in the military.
• Strong understanding of the UAS/Drone market, technologies, and regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively within a highly matrixed environment across functions and countries.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a sales & marketing team.
• Unquestionable integrity given handling of sensitive military and national security information.
• Results driven with strong business acumen.
• Patience and resilience due to long sales cycles (years).
• Proactive & relentless self-starter who networks and drives campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and progress opportunities within the sales funnel.
• Lead and manage UAS sales and marketing teams across APAC.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns and market responses.
• Provide accurate bookings forecasts and regional reports for management.
• Coordinate with Programs and Operations to ensure deliveries meet quality standards.
• Negotiate customer requirements and communicate specifications to delivery teams.
• Create and coordinate sales demonstrations to cultivate UAS opportunities.
• Collaborate with global UAS champions to maximize opportunities.
