Job summary

KNA Manpower Consultants Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled cook to prepare Turkish and Mediterranean dishes in our Singapore kitchen.

You will manage kitchen operations, supervise junior staff, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards. You will prepare kebabs, grilled meats, shawarma, and meze, ensuring quality, taste, and proper portioning across all menus. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Turkish & Mediterranean cuisine.
• Experience preparing kebabs, grilled meats, shawarma, and meze.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Turkish and Mediterranean dishes meeting quality and taste standards.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control for all dishes.
• Manage food preparation processes, monitor ingredient usage, minimize waste to improve kitchen efficiency.
• Supervise junior kitchen staff to maintain productivity and adherence to kitchen protocols.
• Maintain compliance with SFA food safety and hygiene standards.
