Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 3–4 years of tunnel construction experience to oversee commercial and contractual aspects of tunnelling projects. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on tunnel construction projects.
• Strong understanding of tunnelling processes, cost planning, contract administration and subcontractor management.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and evaluating variation claims.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of tunnelling projects and manage finances throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Develop detailed cost projections and forecasts for excavation, tunnel lining and structural works.
• Review drawings, specs and docs to determine material quantities and cost requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to validate work progress and payment entitlements.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and cash flow forecasts for project cost summaries.
