Job summary

Candidates should have a Civil Engineering background and at least four years of tunnel/underground construction experience, including TBMs and compressed air environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of tunnel/underground construction experience.
• Experience with TBMs, micro TBM, slurry management, and ventilation systems.
• Experience in compressed air environments.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work onsite.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical equipment for tunnelling projects.
• Supervise TBMs, slurry systems, pumps, and compressors.
• Monitor tunnel methods and procedures.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and fault diagnostics.
• Ensure spare parts availability for tunnel operations.
• Design and maintain ventilation systems.
• Monitor air quality and environmental conditions.
• Lead commissioning and testing of mechanical systems.
• Respond to mechanical failures and resolve quickly.
• Collaborate with civil, structural, and geotechnical teams.
• Maintain maintenance logs and technical documentation.
