Job summary

CHINA RAILWAY TUNNEL GROUP CO., LTD. (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to manage and supervise electrical, mechanical, ventilation and fire protection systems on our tunnel infrastructure projects in Singapore.

You will review drawings, method statements and submissions, and coordinate with civil trades to ensure smooth integration. The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 5–8 years of M&E experience, hands-on T&C, knowledge of

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of M&E experience in construction projects.
• Experience in tunnel / infrastructure projects preferred.
• Hands-on experience in installation and commissioning (T&C).
• Familiar with Singapore codes and authority requirements.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise M&E works including electrical, mechanical, ventilation and fire protection systems
• Review M&E drawings, method statements and technical submissions
• Coordinate with civil and other trades to ensure smooth integration of works
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning (T&C) of M&E systems
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements
