Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore seeks a senior design coordinator for tunnel construction projects. You will coordinate structural and architectural design activities, review drawings, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

You will liaise with consultants, architects, and engineers, integrate M&E with civil works, resolve design clashes, and prepare design submissions in line with Singapore regulations and LTA standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in structural/architectural design coordination, tunnel construction or major civil projects.
• Good knowledge of structural/architectural drawings and Singapore standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; BIM/Revit/Navisworks knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage design activities for tunnel construction and underground infrastructure projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and documents for compliance.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, subcontractors to resolve design issues.
• Ensure integration of structural/architectural works with M&E systems.
• Identify and resolve design discrepancies to minimise delays.
• Prepare design drawings, method statements, and submissions for approval.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure design aligns with approved drawings.
• Attend design meetings and monitor progress with stakeholders.
• Maintain drawing registers and issue updated drawings on time.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations and LTA requirements.
