We are seeking a patient-focused team member to support dentists during clear aligner consultations and ensure a smooth patient journey.

You will explain treatment options, costs, and procedures, liaise between patients and clinical staff, schedule appointments, track milestones, and maintain accurate records while coordinating

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dental or healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex treatment plans in a patient-friendly manner.
• Organizational skills for scheduling and record management.
• Interest in orthodontics and patient care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during clear aligner consultations by explaining treatment plans, timelines, and expected outcomes.
